I'm excited that you are here too. Where about is here for you in the world?
KINSEY
I'm in Colorado in the US, so in the mountains.
ROBIN
Alright. So we've established because you're drinking coffee between takes, so you're that that it's morning for you. And I'm rather jealous because it's afternoon for me here in England, and I've had to stop the coffee. Otherwise, I'll be up all night. Shall we do the questions instead?
KINSEY
For sure.
ROBIN
Let's get the clock up on the screen, and there it goes. Kinsey, could you tell me, please, who is your ideal client?

My ideal client is a down to earth woman entrepreneur who's been running her business kind of solo or with a small team for a long time, and now she's getting curious about AI tools and wants to start using AI tools in her business without sacrificing her authenticity or quality of work or thought leadership or just turning her brand into a robot.
ROBIN
Yes. That's a very real danger these days, isn't it? Alright. So that you've alluded to the problem that you solve, but I know that you solve more than once. Perhaps you could tell us a little bit more about the problems that you do solve.

Yeah. For sure. So I really just help women make sure that they're using AI tools without wasting their time or sacrificing their values or authenticity like I said.
One of the biggest frustrations that I hear from so many people is, ChatGPT just doesn't sound like me. You know? You go to ChatGPT and you're like, write me a social media caption, and it comes up with something that's way too cheesy or way too professional. And you go back and forth with it, wasting time trying to figure out how the heck can this just give me what the heck I want. Right?
And so, a lot of women especially end up getting frustrated with the tool and just end up either wasting a bunch of time going down that rabbit hole trying to get it to give you what you want, or they end up just like kind of writing off AI tools altogether and just continuing to do things manually in their business where I know, you know, you can save, oh, so much time, energy, money with AI. And so I really helped to solve that problem, especially on that entry level of ChatGPT or AI users is how can we get your AI assistant to give you the freaking thing that you want from it. Right?
ROBIN
Absolutely. I mean, it's called AI, but there are days when I call it TW, so short for time waster.
KINSEY
Uh-huh.
ROBIN
It does actually save you a lot of time, but not always.
Alright…
KINSEY
So what is know how to use it right.
ROBIN
That's right. Exactly right. And it's a big learning curve. So that's fantastic that you provide that service. So what is one valuable free action that our audience can implement that will help them to solve this problem or go some way towards solving it for themselves?

Yes. Okay. So this is my biggest piece of advice for any, especially entrepreneur, using an AI tool like ChatGPT is that you have to train it on your brand first from the get go.
And I always like to, compare it to imagine you hired a new, like, human assistant to work for your business. Right? And this shiny new in intern walks in the door. They're excited to get started. And you look at them and you go, write me a social media caption. Like, the very first thing you say to them, they'd be like, oh, okay. Like, where am I? What are we doing? Like, who like, what is my job?
You know, you haven't trained them on anything about your business, your audience, your strategy, or the task that you want them to do. Right? And that poor little human intern would try their best to write you a social media caption, but they would probably write a pretty crappy social media caption because you haven't trained them on what you want them to do.
And the same thing goes for your AI assistant. Right? We need to be training our AI assistants on everything it needs to know about our brand, our audience, our strategy, and the task that we want it to do so that it can do the best job for us. Right?
So when it comes to training your AI, I always like to tell people to go deeper than just write in a friendly tone of voice. Right? No. Your AI needs to know who your brand is, your mission, vision, values, opinions, beliefs.
It needs to know exactly who your ideal customer is so that it can know who it's speaking to. So going deeper than demographics or psychographics, getting into, again, the pain points that you help to solve, and then also the desires that you help your ideal customers to achieve. And then also teaching AI your brand voice in a deeper way than just friendly. Because if you think of the word friendly, that's probably one of the most basic descriptive words you could say.
So teaching it not just like your super pinpointed descriptive words that go deeper than friendly, but also your formatting style, your humor style, your emoji usage. Like, really giving AI this foundation of who your brand is, is going to help you get so much better results from your AI assistant from the get go that make sense for your brand and feel authentic to you.
ROBIN
So now that we have a better understanding of what you do, let's dive quickly into GoalBusting, focusing on how to maximize productive time to achieve business goals. And, yes, we can well, we are talking about AI still. But could you share any other tips or advice for someone looking to improve their productivity habits, please?
07:25 KINSEY – Valuable Productive Action (VPA)
Yes. For sure. So I I'd love to share with you how I think about getting started integrating AI into your work flows of your daily day to day in your business. Right?
So there's two different types of tasks that I want you to take a look at. The first type of tasks is your, regular workflows and systems that you already have in place in your business. So your content creation workflow, your client onboarding workflow, any sort of workflow that you do regularly again and again. And instead of being like, oh, I have to AI’ify the entire thing, maybe you take a look at the individual steps in that workflow and say, hey.
Where could AI speed up this process a little bit? Right? Where is, something where it could write me my podcast show notes based on the transcript? Or could it help me, like, analyze my client strategy call and turn that into the task list that that I want them to do? Right Like, what are the little pieces in your step by step workflows where AI is really helping you to speed up the process. And then the other tasks that I like you to look at is your day to day tasks where you're just working along and all of a sudden you get stuck. Right?
You hit writer's block or you run into some sort of tech troubleshooting problem. And this is the one I always like to bring up because a lot of people don't realize how much time we waste every day by twiddling our thumbs or banging our head against the wall, because we are stuck in our business. Right?
So this is where I want to encourage you to make it a habit to go to your AI assistant to help you get unstuck, to help finish that caption, or write you a code for your website to help you overcome that tech troubleshooting problem. Right?
And the one tip I love to share because it's so funny and so easy and totally works, is when I first started using AI tools, I would forget to go to ChatGPT and be like, hey. can you help me do this thing? When I was in that stuck mode.
So what I did, it's super high-tech. On a sticky note, I wrote down, can AI help me with this? And I stuck it next to my computer screen. And that way, whenever I'd, like, run into something and I'd be, like, rolling my eyes, I'd see that sticky note and I'd be like, maybe AI can help me with it.
So that's how I trained myself to use AI in those moments.
ROBIN
That's brilliant. Thank you. And I've that is a very comprehensive answer, and I'm really, glad that you shared that with us. I completely agree with you. We have actually run out of time.
So I hope you don't mind if we just move on to my final question, which is outside of the five questions because this is incredibly important, this question, which is how can people reach you? And I have prompts for the Reels hook and the Reels caption, and it's so easy. And this is what I literally swear by for making Reels so much easier and not wasting sixty minutes creating each one.

And yet, it is such a vast topic, and it's changing by the day. They're constantly upgrading it. There's other engines of, you know, other AIs out there as well that that do have different leanings and different nuances to them. And somebody who is immersed in the technology like yourself, I mean, I could sit here and pick your brains for hours, to be honest, but our format doesn't allow it, sadly.
